

Anger is a healthy emotion but when it takes control of us and our relationships and begins to effect our parenting and work, then maybe we need to look at what is really going on.
Coming into therapy can help you explore the underlying causes of your anger and rage which may be unresolved childhood issues. These can be understood and worked through enabling resolution. We can learn to recognise the triggers for our anger and learn more effective ways of containing it.
CBT can also be effective in changing our thought patterns and enable us to respond differently to situations which would previously have fuelled our anger.
