


We all recognise that in order for therapy to work individuals must feel able to work with the therapist and sometimes this does not happen. For this reason you are encouraged to think about the session before starting therapy or counselling to ensure you feel completely comfortable.
If you do feel at the end of the assessment that you would prefer a different therapist, we can arrange for you to see another. It’s not unusual to meet a a couple of thera pists before making a decision.
You are free to terminate your therapy at any time - however, it may be useful to ex plore what might be happening with you and the therapy and whether this is a re peated pattern. Endings are important to work through wherever possible.
If you need your days and times to be flexible, certainly we can accommodate that. This is something to discuss with your therapist.
